The Head of Lifecycle Marketing (m/f/x) will be responsible for defining and executing the customer lifecycle strategy to increase our customer engagement, customer lifetime value, reduce churn and maximize the monetization by upselling products to our customers. With the help of the analysts in the global BI and data science team, the role will seek to optimize the CRM performance extracting insight from customer data and defining intelligent segmentation, personalization and cross-channel communication. The role will be managing the central lifecycle managers as well as working with the Senior Director CRM to plan, test and optimize our activities across all CRM channel.
