Trainer will educate all new employees on all Green Chef GMP, processes, safety, sanitation, and any other needed information.
Trainer will work with supervisors and leads to make sure all new team members are incorporated on to the production teams in pack, bundle, and prep, and are performing all duties correctly.
Trainers will be responsible for making sure all new employees are aware of and following all GMPs, general processes, and safety procedures.
Trainers will work with all new team members daily (and for their first week) in pack, bundle, and prep, training them how to perform all necessary duties and follow all GMPs.
Trainers will work with as few as one new team member, but often 5-10 new team members at one time. They will be expected to train all incoming team members in all areas and on all GMPs.
Trainers should have a vast knowledge of Green Chef GMPs, general process, and safety procedures.
Trainers should be able to teach and show all new employees how to perform basic work duties in pack, prep, and bundle, and explain all GMPs thoroughly and clearly. Communicating clearly and asking questions to gauge employee understanding and engagement.
Trainers should have a welcoming, friendly attitude and a positive interpersonal style when dealing with all new team members.
At least one year of hands-on Green Chef experience.
Knowledge of all Green Chef GMPs.
Knowledge of all areas of Green Chef work duties (pack, prep, and bundle).
Knowledge of how to work on all Green Chef machines (sidepouch, OK sealers, pack line taping machines, etc).
