About the job
HelloFresh UK is on the hunt for an experienced brand manager who is creative and commercially-driven to manage the delivery of all locally-led brand campaigns. This role sits within the brand team reporting to the Head of Brand and will work closely with the product marketing, PR and creative teams.
Working closely with the local brand team you’ll be leading the efforts on:
You will work closely with the Head of Brand and wider global brand team to manage the implementation of the yearly brand plans, driving the UK’s brand awareness and consideration targets and supporting the growth team across customer acquisition and retention.
What you will be doing:
Support the development of the yearly Brand Plan together with the Local/Global Brand teams, ensuring all initiatives have clear goals that ladder up to the overall Brand goals and business strategy.
Work closely with our Local/Global Brand teams on Global-led brand initiatives that roll-out to all HelloFresh countries, making sure that these are optimised to achieve UK’s brand goals.
Liaise with Local/Global Brand teams on day-to-day campaign management and execution supporting where possible to maximise campaign value.
Lead on working with Local/Global Brand and Growth teams to ensure that the Brand’s positioning is effectively reflected across marketing channels and initiatives and that all brand assets drive a consistent brand experience across the marketing mix, bridging the Creative Services team with Performance Marketing teams locally and globally.
Lead on making sure the Local Brand team develops a creative testing approach whenever possible, supporting the development of creative hypotheses, following-up on test implementation and test results.

Recruitment Process: first, you will have a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. Should you be successful, we will ask you to work on a technical test (should be fun) at home. If you are invited to the next stage, you’ll have a HelloFresh DNA interview with two members of the Brand Team (to assess cultural fit and overall chemistry) and a competency interview with the Head of Brand, in which you will present the case study. If you pass the competency interview, you would have final calls with our Vice President of Global Brand and our UK Marketing Director.
