CRM Reactivation Audience Manager (m/f/x)

What you’ll do

The successful candidate will report directly into the Senior CRM Reactivation Audience Manager. Task and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with the planning and project management of cross-channel BAU and seasonal Reactivation programmes
  • Scoping and leading the implementation of new Reactivation channels
  • Continuous evaluation, optimisation and automation of existing Reactivation initiatives
  • Leading campaign response analysis; focusing on engagement KPIs and ROI
  • Owning and developing rigorous AB testing strategies across all international markets
  • Leading personalisation strategies across all Reactivation initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years CRM experience, ideally within a subscription model business
  • Ideally experience with retention/reactivation programmes
  • Analytical curiosity, a history of data interpretation and the ability to problem solving
  • Cross-departmental stakeholder management
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving / fast-growth environment
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Proficient in English, other languages are a plus
