We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Price Strategy to own and execute our strategic vision price and discount strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for owning price and discount tests as well as generating insights related to price strategy.  You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams across 4 brands to drive profitability through an optimal price and discount strategy.  The insights you provide will be critical in ensuring that we deliver a world-class experience for our customers and will help drive profitable, long-term growth for the business. 

Job Description:

You will …

  • Continuously optimize price and discount strategy across 4 brands
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of price and discount testing from idea-generation to execution to analysis
  • Leverage data and own analysis to define strategic pricing opportunities
  • Tell the story behind numbers to effectively communicate the implication of risks & opportunities and their impact on the business
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Analytics on pricing related initiatives to drive short and long term customer profitability
  • Serve as a thought-leader by scoping new opportunity areas and tests
  • Evaluate & manage competitive strategy and define and implement testing plans to drive growth

At a minimum, you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in marketing, business or STEM-related field (e.g. mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, statistics, etc.)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in pricing strategy, consulting,  e-Commerce, or a subscription-based business model
  • Extensive experience devising and measuring the effectiveness of pricing strategies (including AB testing), with a proven track record from other data-rich business environments
  • Outstanding technical skills in Excel and SQL
  • Analytical experience working with digital business models and collaborating with marketing departments 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to lead effective meetings and presentations with senior management
  • Prior experience with project management with the ability to lead multiple workstreams
  • A business background with a strong understanding of customer experience frameworks
  • Experience individually driving projects
  • A pragmatic, hands-on mentality to drive towards impact
