We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media and Content Manager to join our team. As a Social Media and Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our brand efforts in Belgium and Luxembourg. The social media channels you will be responsible for are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and our blog. You will be part of the Brand Team and working closely together with the Marketing Retention and Growth departments.

You’ll be working on: 

• Developing, implementing and managing our organic social media strategy
• Creating all organic social media content and creating paid campaigns to optimize it
• Measuring the success of every social media campaign
• Using social media marketing tools such as Falcon, Later, Smartly, Facebook Business Manager
• Creating a quarterly magazine that is added to the HelloFresh Box
• Writing an email newsletter every 8 weeks to update customers on HelloFresh news
• Writing blogs for https://blog.fr.hellofresh.be/ and lead SEO projects to increase traffic to the blog
• Working with local and global copywriters, designers and video editors to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Managing online brand campaigns for the Wallonian market for example in regards to sustainability or influencer marketing
• Hiring and training your intern in the team

Are you our perfect new colleague?

You are a social Media Strategist with the following capabilities: 

• 4+ years professional experience in social media, brand marketing, and/or brand campaigns
• Experience in writing creative briefs and working with creative teams to deliver compelling, best-in-class creative content and campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest and overall social media best practices
• Good analytical skills as well as creative writing skills
• Fluent in French, Dutch and, English and in-depth knowledge about the Wallonian Market
• Good understanding of social media KPIs and familiarity with publishing posts
• Excellent project management skills and knowledge of the Wallonian market
• MSc degree in Marketing, Communications or any other relevant field
