Why we need you
As the Product Owner of payment squad, you will join an autonomous cross-functional team passionate about delivering value to our consumers. You will be in a unique position to shape HelloFreshGO´s future and take our platform to the next level in an agile, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for our hardware and software products and report directly to our C- Level.
What your mission will be
- You lead an agile cross-functional team, working closely with engineers, domain experts, stakeholders and external partners to turn features and initiatives from concept to value delivered to users hands
- You evaluate and plan the introduction of new features, technologies and connections to third-party services
- You are deeply involved in the operational side, ensuring quality and a continuous improvement culture is maintained at all times
- You are in constant communication with all departments incl. Sr. leadership at HFGO about the development and improvement of features in our smart fridge
What you need to shine
- 2 + years experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management in an agile software development environment. Experience in the food tech industry is a plus
- You have dedicated experience with payment and/or order management
- You are passionate about product experiences and have a demonstrable history of managing projects that facilitate or enhance customer experience
- Product discoveries, sprints designs, SCRUM methodology, as well as creation and management of user stories don't have any secrets for you
- You have a solid knowledge of software development processes, and a strong curiosity for software development topics, REST APIs and IoT
- You are an absolute team player with strong communication skills, bringing together people from different departments and disciplines
- You are a problem solver with excellent analytical skills to grasp complex issues and turn them into user stories for development
- Outstanding organizational and strong leadership skills – you are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and still apply high-quality standards
- You speak and write English fluently ( must-have) and you can communicate in german (B2 level)
