We’re looking for a new Global Associate Director/Head of HR Business Partnering (m/f/x) for our Global Tech department (Engineering and Digital Product) in our Berlin Headquarters. The role is in our Global People Team and reports directly to the SVP People helping us to contribute to our ambitious growth targets and establishing a global Tech organization.
You will serve as a critical bridge between the business and People Team, working directly with managers and our global Tech senior leadership team as a strategic partner, trusted guide, performance coach and change agent.
As a strategic partner and trusted guide you help our global leaders as they lead their teams to achieving their business goals in the most proactive fashion. You support them to develop people solutions relating to business challenges addressing function specifics while leveraging our consistent and structured approach to all key people experiences. As performance coach and change agent you support tech managers and employees with the most relevant initiatives to succeed in their roles at HelloFresh. In this role you will potentially be leading a small team of international HR Business Partners in our major Tech Hubs who will assist you in supporting our Tech organisation and ensuring a high level of success with all initiatives across the globe.
