The role

The IT Management Tribe has the privilege of providing technology products and services to the whole HelloFresh organisation. We're looking for someone to help take us to the next level by focussing on excellent internal customer experiences for our large, international HR department. You will form compelling strategies for the future, and navigate a fast growing international company at the intersection of HR and Technology.

What you’ll do

  • Design and manage functional configurations of multiple HR technology platforms.
  • Provide daily support to the HR team members to ensure the smooth operation of these systems (i.e., react to inquiries, conduct analysis and provide resolution within defined SLAs). Continuously enhance systems based on needs to increase their value.
  • Build and retain a strong understanding of HR processes and software behaviours to ensure a strategic and optimal usage.
  • Act as a trusted voice, connecting HR, Data and IT to enable well informed and strategic decision making processes.
  • Identify risks and highlight them to support a transparent and highly collaborative environment.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in deploying and managing technical products in the HR space, basic HR systems background is desired. 
  • Experience in HCM (Workday) and ATS (ideally Greenhouse) software, knowledge of tools such as Personio and Phenom is a big plus.
  • Experience with managing HR Tech stack in an in-house HR department. 
  • Ability to understand and analyse complex problems and limitations (both technical and non-technical).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to understand and deliver complex projects.
  • Experience in handling cooperation with external vendors and third party providers.
  • Proven track record of resolving technical HR challenges, ideally in a fast paced scaleup environment.
  • It would be beneficial if you have experience with agile, software delivery practices.
