The Role

Hiring and engaging highly-sought-after talent is at the heart of our company. We are looking to grow across all areas of HelloFresh Berlin HQ and are particularly looking for someone who can support us in hiring for commercial / corporate roles for about 3 months on an interim basis. 

You’ll be exposed to a global, lean and fast-paced working environment surrounded by smart, passionate people.

You should be results-driven, but not compromise on emotional intelligence in order to be a strong partner to us.

What you’ll do

  • Work directly with our Team Lead Talent Acquisition - Global / International as well as each team member to help with them with current openings in Operations and Business Development, and help fill them through our application inbound, our referrals, or through sourcing 
  • Be a partner to our stakeholders, advise them on process, guide them through to offer stage, apply our SLA's, and be POC for them
  • Manage one TA Partner
  • There is an emphasis on sourcing, reaching out to candidates, running first interviews, assessing willingness to change jobs, selling HelloFresh, and converting passive to active candidates mainly across Operations and Business Development across all levels (Junior Manager as well as VP roles)
  • Managing our ATS, social media, job boards
  • Ensuring a good first impression of HelloFresh to candidates

What you’ll bring

  • Background in internal talent acquisition
  • Fluent English, verbally and in writing
  • Track record of managing multiple reqs at the same time
  • Stakeholder management skills: ability to manage Senior stakeholders
  • Strong and advanced active sourcing / headhunting skills
  • Excellent messaging, communication, and interviewing skills
  • Experience recruiting for commercial roles would be a plus
  • Reporting on your daily activities and results is a routine for you
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • IT savvy, professional skills with the entire Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
