This is a unique opportunity to scale product development in a cross-functional team capacity. We’re looking for an experienced manager who will help us make the product development process scalable, effective and people-oriented.
You will partner with functions across the HelloFresh tech organisations (i.e. Product, Design, Engineering, Program Management and Data) to meaningfully increase the visibility and transparency of changes that improve customer experiences and that are crucial to the success of HelloFresh.
You will build a tight feedback loop with your partner teams, understand how existing processes could improve to support organisational scaling, then prioritize changes and engage with teams on adopting them. Being a partner to these functions, you will liaise with HR on supporting the efficiency of multiple tech functions processes.
You will be required to showcase exceptional leadership across cross-functional stakeholders, outstanding ability to solve problems in ambiguity, and excellent communications and project and process management skills. The role requires ability to influence decisions through qualitative and quantitative insights on strategic levels.
The Portfolio Management team governs strategic alignment in the tech organisations of HelloFresh. We implement frameworks, processes and tools that help understanding how teams deliver value to customers and how their efforts contribute to the group objectives and key results, so that teams achieve maximum return of investments and leadership has accurate and relevant information to make investment decisions. We take a bird's eye view on the tech organisations, allowing us to connect the dots, surface critical dependencies and information as well as highlight gaps.
