About the Role

The B2B Marketing Co-Op is a paid position for a rising undergraduate or graduate student that is interested in marketing. You will join a diverse team and participate in high-impact work within our partnership marketing function.

You will:

  • Reporting to the B2B manager, this role would work closely with the growth, partnerships, customer care, and logistics teams to support the B2B program
  • Meet with new inbound customers and help with information gathering, educate, scoping and development of corresponding proposals
  • Inputting and managing customer data and profiles for new and active orders
  • Liaise with current customers on orders, needs and concerns
  • Coordinate with customer care and logistics teams on execution of orders and issues that may arise
  • Support sales agency in training and creating materials for sales reps
  • Support and manage cost control, invoice, voucher, and gift card systems to support customers
  • Help propose and execute on systems and process improvements for the B2B marketing program

At a minimum, you have/are: 

  • Currently enrolled in your 3rd/4th year of 4-year BA program, in marketing, business, data science, or related disciplines.
  • Able to complete a 8-month program. 
  • Data-driven and curious/analytical by nature with strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • A critical thinker who uses logic and reasoning to identify problems and swiftly moves to problem solving.
  • Well organized -- we are a fast moving business where multiple projects need to be managed and prioritized effectively.
  • Someone who takes initiative but also knows to ask for help when needed
  • A strong communicator who is excited about meeting new people and presentations
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Passionate about food
  • Fluency in French is a bonus

Hybrid Work Approach

At HelloFresh, we know that flexible work arrangements are essential in enabling you to do your best work, while balancing your personal and life needs. Offering remote work flexibility for our employees is a core part of creating a great employee experience. We are also mindful that many employees thrive on in-person interactions and collaboration opportunities at the office (e.g. new joiners, team building, social events, experiencing our product). 

To meet those needs, we are pleased to provide a Hybrid Work Approach, which enables employees to work from home up to 50% of the time, and also work remotely (within Canada) up to four weeks per year. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our HQ employees are primarily working remotely from home and we have the office open and available on a voluntary basis for employees who wish to work from there. Pending public health guidelines, we expect to return to the office using our Hybrid Work Approach. Employees will receive a minimum of one month’s notice of our Hybrid Work Approach taking effect and when employees will be expected to start work from the office.
