Job Description:

We are looking for a results focused individual to join our growing Reactivations team! Our ideal candidate brings a track record of success driven by a growth mindset to execute repeatable and scalable results across multiple paid channels.

As the Growth Marketing Manager for Reactivations  you will work with a world-class team that leverages paid channels to reactivate former customers for all HelloFresh brands.  Additionally, you will work across a variety of different growth marketing channels within paid media channels. It’s an exciting role that will accelerate your development as a future leader of D2C growth for a strategic area for our business.

You will ...

  • Build and execute the end-to-end strategy for campaigns to support cross brand targets & channel performance-based goals
  • Maintain campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities.
  • Partner with the creative team making sure all performance marketing creative assets are built with a data-driven approach
  • Lead and own weekly budgeting and cost reporting 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across both online/offline channels
  • Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to design, implement and analyze A/B split tests across all channels (offer, creative and CRO)
  • Develop relationships with channel and cross-functional partners to ensure we're following best practices and gaining access to relevant betas

You are...

  • Obsessed with growth and building things while not being afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Actively examining and applying direct response best practices day-to-day
  • An expert of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization
  • Basic or more advanced knowledge about SEM (Google AdWords) 
  • Familiar with traditional media channels such as as direct mail and techniques that maximize these channels
  • Solid understanding of testing approaches including A/B tests as well as incrementality tests
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • Relentless in your pursuit of growth based on new insights and bring a continuous learning mindset 
  • Persistent and have bias-to-action with a track record of performance
  • A natural hustler with a contagious “can-do” attitude
  • A great communicator and truly are a team player
  • Able to think both strategically as well as be able to change direction quickly
  • You enjoy coming up with new ideas and can easily explain your rationale in a business sense (experience in making business cases)

At a minimum, you have...

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management or related fields with strong academic record
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in an entrepreneurial environment with a proven track record of growing D2C business 
  • 2 years of growth, performance marketing or life-cycle experience
  • Expert level of Facebook Business Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to use insights and data to inform strategies, make decisions, optimize campaigns, and drive innovative thinking
  • Confident knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills. Ability to use data to make decisions and optimize campaign performance is in our company DNA
  • Disciplined time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to use SQL, Tableau, Adobe suite, Google Tag Manager is a plus
