Our recipes include both a prep and cook time so you can plan your meals ahead of time and choose the ones that are most conducive to your schedule. For instance, if you expect to have little time to prep but more to cook, you can choose recipes that feature low prep times that fit your schedule.
What if I'm too busy to meal prep for a week?
You have a couple of options if you're too busy to meal prep for the week, all of which can be accomplished on your Menu page. By clicking or tapping on 'Edit Delivery' on the specific week(s) in question, you'll see a couple of options pop up. For instance, you'll have the choice to skip that week and not receive any meal prep kits, reschedule your delivery for a day that works better, or change the box size if you'll have some time to prep, but not so much that you can handle your regular amount.
