By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the competition, as determined by the sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The competition is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. The competition is open to legal residents of the US, where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry, who have internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the contest period. The competition is open to existing HelloFresh customers and non-customers who live in the US territory, except Hawaii and Alaska. HelloFresh has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant, including written copy. To enter the competition, participants must post a Halloween costume photo using at least one of the HelloFresh packaging elements on the HelloFresh Facebook page, or on Instagram, or onTwitter, using #HallowFresh and tagging the HelloFresh social account. Prize include a free month of HelloFresh meal kit deliveries (up to $480 value). The contest begins on October 17, 2017 18:30 pm ET and ends on October 31, 2017, 5:00 pm ET.
