There’s nothing more comforting than a warm, hearty bowl of soup. Not just any soup will do, though—this Chicken, Sausage & Shrimp Gumbo happens to be extra special. It’s chock full of uncured pork sausage, white meat chicken, succulent shrimp, okra, tomatoes, and rice. We wouldn’t leave you hanging without something to dip into your gumbo either: cheesy cornbread swirls get served on the side to soak everything up. The best part? All you have to do is heat it up and dig right in! One slurp will have you bowled over.

1

Lightly oil 6 cups of a muffin tin. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2

RECOMMENDED: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place bag in pot; cook for 20 minutes, then carefully remove. (Caution: Bag will be very hot.) Cut one corner with scissors and pour into serving bowl.

3

ALTERNATIVELY: Cut one corner of the bag; pour soup into a microwave-safe container. (Do not microwave in cup.) Cover loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap or a paper towel. Microwave on high, stirring halfway through, 5-6 minutes. (Caution: Container and soup will be very hot.)

4

Separate rolls into 6 rounds (do not unroll dough). Place each round into a prepared muffin cup. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until golden brown and cheese is melted, 12-15 minutes. Serve warm (or bake ahead and reheat briefly in the microwave).
