No. Cancelling your subscription is easy. Simply log into your account, go to Your Subscriptions and click “Cancel My Subscription”. Any deliveries that haven’t reached their cut-off time* will be cancelled at no cost. It is as easy as that!
Definitely. If you are traveling or don’t feel like cooking, simply log into your account, go to Your delivery schedule, choose the date you want to change and click “ Pause this delivery” before the cut-off time* of that delivery. You can even schedule this for up to 8 weeks in advance.
Yes. With our Classic Plan and our 2-meal Family Plan, you can choose from a menu of weekly chefcurated recipes. Simply log into your account, go to Your meals, and click “ Select meals” before the cut-off time* of that delivery.
*The cut-off for any changes is 11:59PM PST 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery.
