How to Subscribe, Pause, or Cancel a HelloFresh Subscription

Are you a new customer who's curious to know how to cancel a HelloFresh subscription? We've got you covered.

We’re excited to hear that you’re considering getting dinners with us. If you’re new to HelloFresh, you can GET 14 FREE MEALS and choose from a variety of meal plans that best suit your dietary needs and lifestle. You can choose your perfect menu from 50+ menu options and market items each week, crafted and curated by our chefs, and we’ll deliver just the right amount of fresh ingredients and easy-to-follow recipe cards right to your door.

Are you an existing customer wanting to pause your HelloFresh subscription? No problem.

Whether you'll be out of town or simply want a break from cooking, you can always pause your subscription and skip your weekly deliveries. Here's how:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on My 'Menu'.
  3. Select the delivery day of the week(s) you’d like to skip, then click 'Skip Week'.

Are you an existing customer wanting to cancel your HelloFresh subscription? Simple.

We’re sorry to hear you want to cancel your HelloFresh subscription. If you change your mind and want to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals again, get in touch so we can tell you about the latest offers and our new and improved menu. Until then, here's how to cancel your HelloFresh subcription:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, then click 'Account Settings'.
  3. Scroll down on the Plan settings page and click 'Cancel Plan' (under Status section).
  4. Follow the prompt(s) for your cancellation. You will be prompted with a message confirming that your account has been cancelled. Just be sure to pause/cancel by 11:59 pm PST 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery so we can alert our suppliers. Please note that we unfortunately cannot process cancellations requested after the cut-off date. You will be responsible for all charges incurred for already processed orders.
