Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 29, 2025
By purchasing and/or redeeming a gift card, you understand and accept the HelloFresh Terms and Conditions and the following gift card terms (“Gift Card Terms”):
HelloFresh Gift Cards may only be used to redeem eligible goods in the United States directly purchased from the HelloFresh website. HelloFresh Gift Cards cannot be combined with any promotional offers. HelloFresh Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, redeemed for cash (except as required by law), or transferred to another HelloFresh account. Gift Cards are non-refundable and lost, stolen or destroyed cards will not be replaced. Gift cards do not expire or decrease in value if unused; there are no activation, service, or dormancy fees associated with HelloFresh Gift Cards. If a HelloFresh Gift Card is suspected to have been obtained or used in a fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited manner, HelloFresh reserves the right to void the Gift Card, bill an alternative form of payment, and close the account. These terms are subject to change at any time, without notice, and at HelloFresh's sole discretion. Void where prohibited.

Gift Card Redemption
In order for a Gift Card recipient to redeem a card, the recipient will be required to create a HelloFresh account and share credit card information (or other approved payment method). Any remaining balance on a Gift Card will remain in the recipient’s HelloFresh account and will not expire. If a purchase exceeds a recipient’s account balance, the recipient’s provided payment method will be charged for the remaining balance. Current customers may redeem Gift Cards and apply the credit to their account by visiting https://www.hellofresh.com/gift/redeem and inputting the gift card credit code. Please note, due to technical limitations, current customers will be asked to order a single box, separate from current subscription. This will not create a second subscription, however, current customers will need to “pause” primary subscription accounts to avoid two deliveries for the same week. HelloFresh Corporate Gift Card Terms and Conditions
By purchasing and/or redeeming a Voucher Code provided by your Employer, you understand and accept the HelloFresh Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the following Trial Terms (“Trial Terms”):
HelloFresh Voucher Codes may only be used to redeem eligible goods in the United States directly purchased from the HelloFresh website. HelloFresh Voucher Codes cannot be combined with any promotional offers. HelloFresh Voucher Codes cannot be reloaded, resold, redeemed for cash (except as required by law), or transferred to another HelloFresh account. Voucher Codes are non-refundable and lost, stolen will not be replaced. Voucher Codes do not expire or decrease in value if unused; there are no activation, service, or dormancy fees associated with HelloFresh Voucher Codes.
