How many dinner delivery kits can I order per week?
For our two-person plan, you can select between 2 and 5 dinner kits each per week. For the four-person plan, this changes to be between 2 and 4. Once you’re an existing HelloFresh customer, you can change the number of recipes as you go. You also have the option to add on extras like lunch meal kits, appetizers, or desserts. And if you’re a fan of a particular dinner kit, you can add multiple orders to your weekly menu.
What will be included in my dinner kits?
Each kit comes with everything you need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal in your own kitchen. Our dinner boxes include high-quality and responsibly sourced ingredients straight from the farm. Everything is pre-measured and fits right into your fridge. To make the process even smoother, each meal kit comes with a recipe that’s super easy to follow. And once in a while, we’ll even add a little freebie to your dinner delivery.
What's the delivery process like?
Everything about our dinner delivery service is easy. Simply choose a plan that fits your dietary lifestyle and the size of your household. You decide how many recipes you’d like to receive per week and the day you want your dinner delivered. Deliveries typically arrive between 8am and 8pm. Our ingredients are smartly packaged so they stay fresh until you’re ready for some magic in the kitchen.
I'm going out of town and won't be home to receive my dinner delivery box — what can I do?
Don’t worry, we got your back! You can always change the delivery date of your dinner box 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery. Simply log into your account and choose a new day for your delivery. If you’re gone for longer, just pause your subscription and come back whenever you’re ready!
Where can I make changes to my dinner subscription box?
As an existing HelloFresh customer, you can log into your account and make changes to your subscription. If you want to change the plan in terms of dietary preferences, delivery dates, and number of recipes or people, go to the settings page. If you want to make changes to your meals, go to the menu page.
