Go to your Account Settings and, under Plan Settings, you'll find meal preferences like Veggie and Calorie Smart, and the option to change the number of people in your household, number of meals you receive each week, and when you receive your flexitarian meal kits.

What if I'm too busy to meal prep for a week?

No problem! If you're too busy to cook up a flexitarian meal, go to your Menu page and choose from skipping that week and not receive any meal kits, rescheduling your delivery for a day that works better, or changing the box size.
