Simply simmer the tortelloni until tender, mix with warmed marinara sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and you’re ready to dig in.

Parmesan Cheese

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add tortelloni and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tortelloni are al dente and floating to the top, 3-5 minutes. Drain.
Heat a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add marinara and bring to a low simmer. Gently stir in drained tortelloni until coated. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Divide between bowls and serve.
