Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for 8-by-8-inch baking dish).

Combine brownie mix, ½ cup vegetable oil, 3 TBSP water, and two eggs in a medium bowl. Pour batter into a greased 13-by-9-inch (or 8-by-8-inch) baking dish. Bake until toothpick inserted 2 inches from edge comes out almost clean, 22-25 minutes (50-52 minutes for 8-by-8-inch). Let cool.

Cut into 12 squares (9 squares for 8-by-8-inch) to serve. Store in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week.
