Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for 8-by-8-inch baking dish).
Combine brownie mix, ½ cup vegetable oil, 3 TBSP water, and two eggs in a medium bowl. Pour batter into a greased 13-by-9-inch (or 8-by-8-inch) baking dish. Bake until toothpick inserted 2 inches from edge comes out almost clean, 22-25 minutes (50-52 minutes for 8-by-8-inch). Let cool.
