How do I apply a HelloFresh coupon or voucher?
Currently, some coupons can only be applied when opening a new subscription or reactivating a canceled one. There will be a promo code box during the checkout or reactivation process. Simply enter your HelloFresh code there and click ‘Apply.’ If you received your voucher in an email, just click on the link in your email and follow the prompts to apply your discount.
How do I see if I have a HelloFresh promotional discount?
To see if you currently have an active HelloFresh coupon code, log into your HelloFresh account and click on 'Plan Settings.' You should see a breakdown of your subscription price as well as a discounted price if there is an active coupon. Alternatively, you can click on 'Redeem Promo Code.' and will be greeted with a message saying you have an active discount.
My HelloFresh discount code isn't working. What should I do?
