If you want your dad to have a spud-tacular Father’s Day, look no further than this crispy, cheesy, and endlessly snackable app! Loaded with cheddar cheese and bacon, these potato skins only need a quick trip to the air fryer or oven before they’re ready to eat. Add your favorite toppings (we like sour cream and scallions!), or simply enjoy them on their own. *Nutrition values are representative of a 2 piece serving.*

Not just skins - half of the potato meat, too. Excellent flavor and texture.
Well loaded and easy to cook. Tasty with that little bit of sour cream.
Even better than restaurants, and I cooked them right in my toaster oven! They pair perfectly with a side of sour cream, served with the Pub-Style Shepherd's Pie!
Made these in the air fryer to crisp them up and they were the perfect snack during the college football games that weekend!
These potato skins were a total favorite, especially with the young men in my family. Plenty of flavor, and heated nicely in the microwave.
These seemed like very fresh ingredients and they were super tasty made in the air fryer!
Very good!! Wasn't dry, and ample potato in the skins
My kids even liked these they are delicious. Just need a little sour cream and yummmm
Great in the air frier. Could be better if you add more bacon.
Followed heating directions in toaster oven and the bottom was still soft and mushy when done. Not sure if the fact that they defrosted before we got them had anything to do with the softness.
