Barramundi is uniquely delicious—it’s a light, flaky fish with a buttery flavor. A member of the sea bass family, the fish gets potato-chip-like crispy skin when pan seared. Use it to add more protein to a veggie meal or increase the portion sizes of your next fish dinner.
