Keep refrigerated until ready to bake. If product has been refrozen, thaw in the refrigerator first.
Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove and discard plastic film. Bake flatbread directly on middle rack, 18-20 minutes.
Let flatbread stand at least 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
