Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts lengthwise. Toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on top rack until golden brown and tender, 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt 1 TBSP butter in a small microwave-safe bowl, 30 seconds. Stir in maple syrup until well combined. Set aside.
Heat a large dry pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon; cook, turning occasionally and adjusting heat if browning too quickly, until crispy, 6-10 minutes. Turn off heat; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Once cool enough to handle, roughly chop.
Bacon is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 145°.
Once Brussels sprouts are cooked, toss with maple butter and chopped bacon. Taste and season with salt and pepper, if needed. Serve.
