For this entry into the Fast & Fresh-a-thon, quick-cooking shrimp is stir-fried with napa cabbage, bok choy, scallions, and garlic. Two-minute ramen noodles are added to the pan, then it’s all tossed in a savory, sweet, and tangy sauce of sweet soy, ponzu, Thai chili sauce, and honey (think: subtle takeout vibes). It not only hits your plate in just 15 minutes, it arrives with a sprinkle of crunchy sesame seeds and a zesty squeeze of lime. You’ve hit the fast, flavorful jackpot.

• Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. TIP: For quicker boiling, boil half the water in an electric kettle, then transfer to pot. Move on to next steps while water comes to a boil. • Add noodles; cook until just tender, 1-2 minutes. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water. Toss with a drizzle of oil.

• Wash and dry produce. Trim and thinly slice scallions, separating whites from greens. Halve lime. Roughly chop cilantro.

• Rinse shrimp* under cold water, then pat dry. • Drizzle oil in a very hot pan. Add shrimp, scallion whites, bok choy and napa cabbage, carrots, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are cooked through and veggies are softened, 4-6 minutes. TIP: While shrimp and veggies cook, move on to next step to mix sauce.

• In a bowl, combine sweet soy glaze, chili sauce, ponzu, and honey. TIP: Use scissors to open packets quickly! • Transfer sweet soy mixture to pan with shrimp and veggies. Add noodles and scallion greens; toss to coat. • Divide noodle stir-fry between bowls; squeeze lime over top. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve.
Shrimp are fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 145°.
This was so delicious and reminded us of take out food but better! I will be making this again. The flavors were bold, sweet, tangy, spicy and very savory! Very quick to make and easy to follow instructions.
The perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Very quick and easy to make. Tasted like it was from a restaurant.
Awesome meal! I loved the shrimp with the noodles. It was a fantastic blend of crunchy veggies with tasty shrimp.
Perfect blend of sweet and spicy! Loved the noodles. If you are looking for a change of pace, try this meal.
This was a hit, I like the sweet and savory aspect to it. It wasn't spicy to me at all so I added spice to it. Also next time I would season the shrimp before cooking to give it an extra boost of flavor.
I think we could have crisped up the noodles more, but overall, the dish was delicious and very easy to make.
This was so so yummy and filled with so many good veggies and you get so many shrimp per serving, will definitely order again when available
I really liked the sweet and spicy sauce, but my husband thought it was too sweet and not enough spicy.
The sauce tasted well with the ramen and shrimp, although I would have add in some water to make the taste less strong.
A little heavy on the noodles and light on the shrimp but very tasty.
