Cod 'en Papillote'
with Brown Rice Pilaf
This French method accentuates the buttery flavor of the cod. We’ve added bok choy, scallions, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce for an Asian twist, and served it alongside a brown rice gingery pilaf.
