Tender pasta pillows are good in any form, but they’re especially great when packed with sweet butternut squash purée. Luckily, you can now have them anytime you want! Follow our recipe suggestion and pair them with a lemony browned butter sauce with chopped fresh herbs, or get creative with your own accoutrements. You really can’t go wrong.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add agnolotti and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until agnolotti are al dente and floating to the top, 3-5 minutes. Drain.


Recipe suggestion (additional ingredients not included): Melt 4 TBSP butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook, without stirring, until foamy on top and flecked with amber brown bits, 2-3 minutes. Stir in 1 tsp chopped fresh sage or thyme leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice. Add cooked agnolotti and stir until coated. Season with salt and pepper.
