Keep focaccia refrigerated; if product has been refrozen, thaw fully in the refrigerator before following heating instructions.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place focaccia directly on oven rack. Cook until warmed through, 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 3-5 minutes. Cut crosswise into slices.
This bread was quite amazing. For added flavor, during the last few minutes of cooking, I brushed the top of the focaccia with olive oil & a small pinch of salt, a couple of minutes prior to serving 😋
This is a rich, yet fluffy and delicious bakery prize to add to any meal (or eat alone). We added it to shepherd's pie for a deeper flavor complex.
Great Focaccia. The rosemary wasn't as spread around the bread so there were places where there wasn't much and areas where there too much.
This is great Focaccia bread. We really enjoy it. I made a dipping sauce to go with it. You might consider adding a dipping sauce ingredients to the package.
Wonderfully seasoned and fluffy inside with a great crusty outside! Delicious!
Don't love how doughy the focaccia is. Usually focaccia has a more airy texture and is flatter. This is like a flatbread that isn't flat.
I made pizza on top of my focaccia- it was GREAT!!!
Absolutely in love with the focaccia and I typically am not a bread fan
It's always nice when I don't have to make focaccia from scratch. Could use some garlic but that's not everyone's palate.
It was tasty. Liked that it was fluffy and not dense when you ate it.
