Southwest Spice Blend
4 ounce
Guacamole
Salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon
Cooking Oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Cut sweet potatoes into ½-inch-thick cubes; toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, Southwest Spice, salt, and pepper. Roast until sweet potatoes are browned and tender, 20-25 minutes.
Top with guacamole.
