Place sealed bag of beans in microwave; microwave until tender, 2-3 minutes. Let bag cool for 1 minute.
While green beans cook, melt half the garlic herb butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add almonds and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden, 2-3 minutes. Add green beans and cook until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add remaining garlic herb butter; toss to coat. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
