Roasted Asparagus & Potatoes au Gratin
The time to heat the prime rib was off by an hour and a half and I needed to raise the oven temperature as well. The horseradish sauce was terrible until I added sour cream, Dijon, mustard, sugar, and lemon juice. Otherwise, the meal was fantastic!
The potatoes were smaller than the palm of my hand. The carrots were gigantic. Asparagus was plentiful (three packages) and perfect. The roast was delicious (fatty) and there were enough leftovers for homemade beef barley soup. It would be nice if your market carried aromatics (celery, carrots, onions) and fresh bananas. The dessert was adequate and the perfect serving size.
Perfect. Made Christmas meal prep a million times easier. And simply delicious. Will order again next year
The prime rib was awesome as well as the dessert and veggies. The truffle mashed are an acquired taste, some may say a little over powering. But overall quick and easy as promised.
It was nice not having to shop or do a ton of prep for a wonderful holiday meal. My mom appreciated not having to think of a meal this time around. I think my sister was a bit doubtful about trying this as our holiday meal, but after she thanked me for thinking of this several times!
This was an excellent holiday meal! Everything was delicious. Felt like I was serving a gourmet meal. Super easy to make and so good.
This was perfect for 6. We had some beef left over that we ate the next day, and we had other desserts planned, so we are still enjoying the Bundt cakes.
It was pretty good and fairly easy though my family didn't like the meat, maybe because of the lemon pepper flavor? The cooking times were very much underestimated and I'm glad it was just family and not for a party.
DELISH! Perfect for 4. Prime Rib cut was excellent! Sides came out tasty. Didn't have dessert yet... but looks good.
I had to look up the recipes for all these dishes. There wasn't an instruction or when I clicked on the meal on my phone there weren't instructions. All the side dishes and chocolate molten cake were delicious. The prime rib wasn't tender. I followed the instructions including letting the meat sit before cooking and then letting it rest afterwards too. The end pieces I expected to be tough but the whole prime rib was tough. That was very disappointing.
