  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place lumpia on a baking sheet in a single layer; heat in oven until crispy, turning once, about 18 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce.

AIR FRYER:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  2. Place lumpia into air-fryer basket in a single layer and heat until crispy, 8-10 minutes, (shake or toss once during heating).
  3. Remove from air fryer and let stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce.
