Argentinean-Style Roasted Potatoes

Argentinean-Style Roasted Potatoes

with salsa golf | 2 Servings

One of our favorite things about potatoes is that they show up in almost every cuisine! Here, we tip our hats to Argentina with these oven-roasted potatoes, but the star of this show is our spin on salsa golf. Typically made with mayonnaise and a tomato-based sauce, salsa golf is a common sauce in Argentinean dishes. Here, we swapped in tangy Worcestershire sauce for the more traditional pimento and oregano! ¡Buen provecho!

Instructions

1

Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce.

2

Cut potatoes into ½-inch-thick wedges. Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with a large drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on top rack until browned and tender, 20-25 minutes.

3

While potatoes roast, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and half the Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.

4

Divide potatoes between plates and serve with salsa golf on the side for dipping.

RECIPE SUGGESTION (Additional ingredients not included.) Add a pinch of oregano (dried or fresh) to your potatoes before roasting for a classic Argentinian flavor!
