So good. Had to cook much longer than stated and I have a gas oven. It said preheat oven which I understood as bake but they're called roasted carrots so the directions made it a little confusing whether I was supposed to use the roast or bake setting on my oven.
Carrots had a very good flavor. They were easy to cook. Maybe should have sliced a little thinner, after the cook time stated they were still hard and had to be cooked longer.
How can carrots be this amazing. Everyone loved them. Even my children loved them and don't eat carrots....ever.
Only 2 carrots so really just a 1 person serving. 1 small and 1 medium. They are good though.
In theory, this would have been great. However, I used an electric oven as opposed to gas while following the cooking instructions from HelloFresh and it baked the syrup to a crisp and the carrots came out burnt unfortunately.
The sauce wasn't enough to really flavor all the carrots, but an easy and yummy dish for Christmas!
The maple syrup made this perfect! Caramel used and delicious!
Roasted according to directions and it came out perfect! Delish!
The oil caused the maple syrup to slide off the carrots and pool on the baking sheet. Got barely any maple syrup taste on the carrots.
Absolutely delicious. Would order this over and over if it was available
