Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mince garlic. Heat green olives, garlic, and 4 tablespoons olive oil in a small pot over medium-low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 10-12 minutes, or until garlic is fragrant, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a medium bowl. Place flatbreads on a lightly oiled, foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over each flatbread. Season with rosemary, basil, and sage blend, salt, and pepper. Rub to evenly coat. Bake 7-9 minutes, or until flatbreads are golden brown. Quarter flatbreads; halve each quarter widthwise. Place roasted red pepper hummus in a small bowl. Serve with flatbreads, warm olives, and hummus. Enjoy!
