Crispy chicken + honey mustard is a match made in mealtime heaven. And because we’re all about making sure your mealtimes are heavenly, we took that classic combo and chef’d it up a bit (still making sure it’s on your table in 30). To start, chicken breasts are brushed with honey mustard dressing, then coated with a mixture of Monterey Jack and crushed fried onions. The chicken’s roasted to juicy perfection and served with creamy mashed sweet potatoes and roasted green beans. There’s more honey mustard on the side for dunking and drizzling—because you deserve it.

• Adjust rack to middle position (middle and top positions for 4 servings) and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Peel and dice sweet potatoes into ½-inch pieces. • Using your hands, finely crush crispy fried onions in their bag. (TIP: Once crushed, crispy fried onions should resemble breadcrumbs.) Transfer to a small bowl; stir in Monterey Jack. • Reserve 1 TBSP dressing (2 TBSP for 4 servings) in a second small bowl (you’ll use it in step 3).

• Place sweet potatoes in a medium pot with enough salted water to cover by 2 inches. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. • Reserve ½ cup potato cooking liquid, then drain and return sweet potatoes to pot. Cover to keep warm.

• Meanwhile, pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper. Place on one side of a baking sheet. (For 4 servings, spread chicken out across entire sheet.) • Evenly spread tops of chicken with a thin layer of reserved dressing. Mound coated sides with onion crust, pressing to adhere (no need to coat the undersides).

• Toss green beans on empty side of same sheet with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. (For 4 servings, add green beans to a second sheet; roast green beans on top rack and chicken on middle rack.) • Roast on middle rack until chicken is cooked through and green beans are browned and tender, 15-20 minutes. TIP: Check chicken periodically—if the crust browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil. Additionally, if green beans finish before chicken, remove from sheet and continue roasting chicken.

• Meanwhile, mash sweet potatoes with sour cream, 2 TBSP butter (4 TBSP for 4 servings), and a big pinch of salt until smooth, adding splashes of reserved potato cooking liquid as needed. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

• Divide mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, and chicken between plates. Serve with remaining dressing on the side.
Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165º.
This is a wonderful meal and so easy to prepare. The flavors of the honey mustard, crispy onions and cheese make the chicken so good. The mashed potatoes and green beans make this such a satisfying dinner. My only feedback is that I don't cook the beans very long - 15 minutes at 425 makes them mush. I cook the chicken for 10 minutes then add the beans and cook for 5-6 more minutes. This results in beans that still have some crunch.
Our whole family loved this meal! The crunchy onion topping paired with the honey mustard is chefs kiss! Also the green beans cooked perfectly with a little crunch. The mashed potatoes were also very flavorful being Yukon golds.
Easy prep and a delicious meal. Potatoes were delicious, green beans were incredible. Onion crunch chicken was incredible the Dijon mustard with the cheese and crunchy onions make this a favorite
We all love the onion crunch chicken. The chicken is always tender and juicy. The onion crunch is one of the best toppings. We love the roasted green beans. We weren't sure about the mashed sweet potatoes when we placed the order. They ended up to be a hit, everyone loved them. Will definitely get them again.
The onion crunch chicken was a big hit with the family. It was extremely tasty and easy to prepare. The mashed sweet potatoes were an added bonus and delight. They went really well with this dish. The green beans finished off the meal very well. Everyone is looking forward to this meal again.
This was delicious. Loved the combo of the honey dijon & the onion crunch on the chicken. I rarely eat a whole piece of chicken, but really wished there had been a larger piece. Enjoyed the flavor combo of the mashed sweet potatoes & green beans to round out the meal.
I liked the sweet potatoes, but the onion crunch chicken wasn't that interesting. The main flavor boost was the honey Dijon dressing, so it seemed run of the mill for the first the prep work required.
The chicken was very flavorful and the onion crunch gave it a nice crispy texture. I sautéed the green beans which in my opinion gives them a better flavor than when prepared in the oven.
The onion crunch chicken and green beans parts were fantastic. That's why I gave this a four star. But, the package was missing the potatoes and sour cream and instead had something that didn't even belong with this recipe. We ended up using our own potatoes. I do still love this one, in spite of the packaging mishap.
The Onion Crunch Chicken was simple and healthy. The chicken had the perfect amount of crunch and flavoring, where both the Roasted Broccoli and Sweet Mashed Potatoes served as a great accompaniment. We were nervous to make the sweet mash as we have never done so before; however, the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. A good meal!
