Wrap luscious salty prosciutto and our Italian cheese blend in soft tortillas with fresh, peppery arugula coated in a sweet-tangy honey-mustard dressing for a truly delicious lunch idea. Slice the wraps into pretty pinwheels that are perfect for sharing (or not!), sprinkle with savory crisp fried onions, and serve with more arugula salad for a little slice of Italy that takes only a few minutes to prepare—perfetto!

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

1

• Wash and dry produce.

2

• In a medium bowl, toss together arugula and dressing.

3

• Lay tortillas on a clean work surface. (TIP: For softer tortillas, wrap in damp paper towels and microwave for 30-45 seconds.) Divide prosciutto, cheese, and as much dressed arugula as you like between tortillas.

4

• Starting from the bottom of each tortilla, tightly roll into tubes; trim and discard curved edges. Slice each roll-up crosswise into 6-8 pieces.

5

• Let a bit of air out of bag with crispy fried onions; lightly crush.

6

• Divide roll-ups between plates, placing cut sides down. (TIP: Press roll-ups against each other to prevent unrolling.) Pile any remaining arugula on the side. Garnish roll-ups and arugula with crispy fried onions and serve.

Review summary

Updated on Dec 2025
  • Flavor: Many enjoyed the taste, though some found it salty. A few suggested using balsamic or Italian dressing instead of honey mustard 🍯.
  • Ease of prep: Quick and easy to assemble, perfect for a no-cook lunch or light dinner. Soften tortillas for easier rolling.
  • Suggestions: Consider adding tomatoes or avocado for moisture. Try sliced cheese instead of shredded to prevent fallout.
  • Portions: Some found it not quite filling enough; consider supplementing with extra prosciutto or pairing with soup.
  • Texture: The crispy onions added a nice crunch, but a few felt they didn't stick well outside. Try mixing them inside.

First, this is very easy to put together but, pretty messy to eat. Second, I'm not sure what honey mustard has to do with Italian flavors. Maybe a balsamic vinaigrette or even an Italian dressing would make more sense. A cheese with more flavor than mozzarella would also be good. Sliced cheese would make this less messy since the shreds want to fall out of the rolls. I'm guessing the onions are more about texture than flavor. The saltiness from the onions overpowered some of the more delicate flavors.

This was a quick and tasty lunch, but really needed more prosciutto--2 slices per wrap just isn't enough. Would probably order again but would buy some prosciutto at the store to supplement.

It could have used a bit more honey mustard dressing, but very good otherwise. Kept well for leftovers. The shells were ripped/cut prior to removing them from the wrapper and it made it difficult to roll....toothpicks helped hold it together!!

I loved the crunch of the fried onions but wish it had more prosciutto.
