Recipe Suggestion (Additional ingredients not included.) Combine garlic herb butter with a pinch of lemon zest. Toss roasted potatoes with lemony garlic herb butter.
This was an extra side in my box. I cut each potato into 3 or 4 slices, tossed them with a little oil, salt, pepper, then sprinkled each side with Parmesan and placed them on the sheet pan for my air fryer. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
I wasn't expecting the recipe to be "make wedges, toss in the butter". The butter is rock hard so it did not coat well at all. We ended up having to just microwave melt the butter and brushing it on instead.
So much butter. Oddly not flavorful. Tossing in butter *after* roasting made the crispy potatoes not crispy anymore. Disappointing. How about melting the butter and tossing with the potatoes before roasting?
Super good, the potatoes were really wet when they thawed so they'll need to be dried quite a bit but they taste really good.
We used less of the butter/garlic spread than it called for and they were fantastic!
Great flavor. Nice to have on hand. Outstanding side dish with a salad.
They didn't brown as much as I would have liked, but they were really good. Some potatoes were bad and had to be tossed.
