When you’re in the mood for the flavors of a classic turkey sandwich, but feel like switching up your game a little, this wrap is just what you need. It’s got all those deli feels we love at lunchtime: thinly sliced turkey breast, crunchy cuke, sliced tomato, and crisp lettuce dressed in a sweet, zingy honey Dijon dressing all rolled into a soft flour tortilla (with lots of salad left over for a side). We just love a wrap—it’s more portable and less soggy come lunchtime, and we’re all about planning ahead.

Sliced Turkey Breast
1.5 ounce

Tomato
teaspoon (tsp)
Salt
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper

Wash and dry produce.
Trim and discard root end from lettuce; roughly chop. Halve tomato lengthwise; thinly slice into half-moons. Thinly slice cucumber into rounds.

In a small bowl, combine dressing and mayonnaise.
Place lettuce, tomato, and cucumber in a large bowl; drizzle with as much creamy dressing as you like. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.

Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, 30 seconds.
Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Place half the salad on the bottom two-thirds of each tortilla; top with half the turkey (all for 4 servings). Fold up bottom side of each tortilla over filling, then roll tortillas up tightly, starting with filled sides, to form wraps.

Halve wraps on a diagonal and divide between plates. Serve with remaining salad on the side.
I actually made this as a quick weekend dinner, and was surprised to find that it was very filling. The amount of meat and vegetables and the dressing were exactly right. This is something I would like to use fairly often after busy day to have a nice light meal.
This was perfect for a couple of lunches at work this week. I got the dressing and fixings all ready to go and kept them separate until I put them together at work. Perfect for these hot weather days!
These were very good, and quick to make. I could have used less of the lettuce, and the wraps would have stayed in form. But it all tasted so good I didn't mind cleaning up with a fork.
Really like this type of meal availability especially for summer! These were delicious and I would order again for sure!
Really good and easy to fix. Most like you won't need all the dressing mixture.
The cucumber was the size of a pickle but everything was so fresh and wonderful on a hot day.
Obviously, you can select how much of what to put in, but for the price, it honestly felt like a huge waste. I got the turkey package out of it, I'm not the biggest fan of cucumbers (and it was very cucumber forward,) I did like the idea of honey mustard with mayo (something I'll likely do on my own again) and I got some extra lettuce to make salads for the week. Half the tomato had to be tossed as it was getting old and wrinkly in the way I felt it wasn't edible.
I'd give it almost 4 stars it was so easy and good. It has taken several times making wraps to finally figure out how to fold them, but I finally made it. Having some leftover turkey for lunches is a plus too.
Get larger diameter & better quality wraps - The wrap was not large enough for me to wrap around the food, but maybe it's my inexperience at wrapping. Plus, it was watery & messy with the tomatoes. Add cucumbers and small amount of shredded cheese.
Messy. Nothing unique but easy and good for a hot day.
