This classic, creamy mac and cheese is spiced up (don’t worry–it’s not too spicy!) with Hatch chile peppers grown in New Mexico’s Hatch Valley. This mac is still just as cheesy and comforting as always, but we added that extra layer of delicious flavor to tantalize your taste buds. All you need to do is heat it up, and, most importantly, dig in! Nutrition values are representative of a 1/2 container.

I am very picky with not only my Mac and Cheese but my green chile...Hatch is the best. This Mac and Cheese is some of the BEST pre-made Mac and Cheese I have ever had!!!
Fast and easy, with a warm filling experience on a chilly spring day. Hatch chiles are delicious, and a great addition to the mac and cheese!
So awesome to have the green chile in the mac and cheese. It comes out great following the instructions of heating the bag. A great thing to have on hand for lunch or dinner.
Here in New Mexico we love our hatch green chile and this one had the right amount of heat! Nice consistency and good flavor overall.
This was pretty good for pre-packaged mac and cheese. Could have had a bit more of the flavor from the chilis. The pasta was just at the al dente point, which was nice, since I expected mushy. Maybe a bit too much cheese sauce and it didn't have a very strong cheese flavor.
I was curious how I would like this and a little skeptical about boiling a bag of mac and cheese...but it was pretty good! I had it with tortilla chips on top to add some crunch.
This was delicious! Probably the best Mac n cheese I've ever had. Loved that I didn't have to make it either, just heat and dump in a bowl. Perfect.
This was a very rare occasion to serve mac 'n cheese to my husband. After exhausting yard work, I needed that quick & easy option. Edamame were added. We both enjoyed.
Delicious. I'm from New Mexico... And this is real green chile. This stuff is great. 👍
I added some shell noodles (that's what I had on hand) to the mix because there wasn't enough elbow macaroni to me. The mixture was very delicious!!
