CHEESECAKE: Keep frozen or refrigerated until ready to eat; best if used within 7 days. If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator (at 40 degrees) overnight or for 2-3 hours at room temperature before eating.

COOKIE DOUGH: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cookie dough 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until edges are golden brown, 14-18 minutes. (If baking from frozen dough, add 2-3 minutes to the bake time.) Cool cookies for 5 minutes on sheet, then carefully transfer to a cooling rack or plate. Serve.
