• Adjust racks to middle and top positions and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Trim green beans if necessary. • Add jam, stock concentrate, and half the mustard (all for 4 servings) to 1 aluminum tray. (Divide mixture between 2 trays for 4.) Stir to combine.

• Pat pork* dry with paper towels and season all over with half the BBQ Seasoning (all for 4 servings), salt, and pepper. Add to tray with glaze; turn to coat. (For 4, divide pork between 2 trays.)

• Place green beans in another tray (for 4 servings, divide green beans between 2 other trays); toss with a drizzle of oil and season with salt and pepper. • Roast pork and green beans on middle rack until pork is cooked through and green beans are tender, 15-20 minutes.

• Meanwhile, place 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4 servings) in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, 20-30 seconds. • Remove Pillsbury™ Buttermilk Southern Homestyle Biscuits from package. Spray remaining tray with nonstick cooking spray (for 4, spray remaining 2 trays); place biscuits in tray. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with cheddar. Bake on top rack until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted, 12-15 minutes. • Divide pork, biscuits, and green beans between plates. Drizzle pork with any remaining glaze from tray and serve.
Biscuits still stick to the pan even with the recipe being followed. Green beans were a bit chewy and we had to cook them longer than recipe said. Pork chops were good, but I wouldn't call them "Glazed" pork chops. The glazing all cooks off and turns into a dry rub in the oven. My chops definitely didn't look like the ones in the picture. Good flavor, though.
We were pleasantly surprised with this meal. It was so good my husband said he would like to order it again. The cherry dijon glaze was very good and the pork chops remained moist.
Love the oven-ready pans and the pork chops were tender and so tasty with the cherry dijon sauce. Another winner for dinner!
Such a great and easy meal. The cheddar biscuits had such good flavor and so did the cherry dijon pork chops!
Favorite oven ready meal so far. The pork chops were great - overall so easy with pretty much no clean up.
This meal was easy prep and great cleanup with the foil tins. Cheddar biscuits also very good. We weren't huge fans of the pork chop flavor. Still very good but were hoping for more of the cherry flavor rather than BBQ flavor. Overall, still good though!
These were awesome. That being said, if you cooked the string beans in a 425 oven for 15 minutes as suggested, you would end up with dry, withered vegetables. Suggest a quick stovetop method with a little olive oil, S&P. Also, do not expect any resemblance of a cherry in the glaze. The glaze is delicious, just has not cherries as pictured.
You guys made Pillsbury biscuits taste great. The flavor of the porkchops were immaculate. However, I did receive a packet of chicken stock but there was nothing about it listed in the recipe.
I chose this meal because I like the pairing of fruit and meat. The pork chops were tender and juicy. A bit more cherry would have made this even better.
Wow! Pleasant surprise! I don't usually like BBQ sauces and picked this recipe because my work schedule increased and needed something quick and healthy. Loved the add of the cherry jam. It gave the pork a great flavor. Delicious!
