Pork Sausage & Pepper Focaccia Flatbread
(Contains: Milk, Wheat)
Keep refrigerated until ready to bake. If product has been re-frozen, thaw in the refrigerator first.
Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove and discard plastic film. Bake pizza on middle rack, 15-18 minutes.
Let pizza stand at least 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
I really enjoyed the pork sausage & pepper focaccia flatbread! The fennel really shines in this pizza and pairs great with the peppers and focaccia. I placed the pizza directly on the oven rack and it came out perfect. The crust was crispy on the edges and bottom and soft and fluffy in the middle. I paired it with one of the bagged salads and had dinner in 15 mins! I absolutely will order again!
This one was our second pepper and sausage foccacia and it was a bit spicier than the first. Very tasty and a great alternative or ordering out. Love the portion control and very filling. I liked the less spicy version better but i think im in the minority there. Definitely will order again.

Truly a great tasting Pizza essentially, you can add more cheese or other stuff and the bread holds up well. Typical of all Hello Fresh.
This was a great add-on. I refroze both this and the basil pesto flatbread and ended up cooking them at the suggested 350° for 25 minutes and basted the crust with a bit of olive oil as it was cooling off because it got a bit crispy; a good crispy after remedied.
Wonderful! This one was a bit spicer than other pizzas we've tried from Hello Fresh. Loved every bite; hope they do more like this one.
WOW! Great for Friday night pizza night! We put this on the grill and it was amazing. The flavors were fantastic, especially if you are a sausage lover like me!
Love pizza, great option. Had a bit of a spice burn but it wore off fast. I should have redistributed the meat.
I have tried most of the flatbreads. Given them a lot of tries, they bake very strangely and stay "soggy" and wet in the middle even tho they are sadly lacking in any good tomato sauce. They're overly wet in the middle but otherwise dry, bland, and dense unfortunately. This one gets two stars because at least the peppers and sausage have flavor.
Great tasting crust and the pizza had a good amount of toppings. I'll order this one again!
