10 ounce

1 tablespoon
Fry Seasoning
1 unit
Onion
1 unit
Chicken Stock Concentrate
1 ounce
Smoky Mustard
1.5 ounce
Italian Dressing
(Contains: Milk)
¼ cup

(Contains: Wheat)
2 unit
Potato Buns
(Contains: Soy, Wheat)
2 ounce
Mixed Greens
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper
2 teaspoon (tsp)
Cooking Oil
3 teaspoon (tsp)
Salt

Wash and dry produce.
Peel and slice onion into ¼-inch-thick rounds, keeping the layers intact. Mince one round (two rounds for 4 servings).

Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add onion rounds in a single layer (work in batches if necessary!); cook until tender and browned at the edges, 2-4 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off heat; transfer to a plate. Wipe out pan.

In a medium bowl, combine turkey*, minced onion, panko, stock concentrate, Fry Seasoning, and 1 TBSP water (2 TBSP for 4 servings). Season with salt (we used ¾ tsp; 1½ tsp for 4) and pepper.
Form mixture into two patties (four patties for 4), each slightly wider than a burger bun.
Heat a drizzle of oil in pan used for onion rounds over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned and cooked through, 4-7 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, in a second medium bowl, toss mixed greens with as much dressing as you like. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.
Halve and toast buns until golden brown.
Spread smoky mustard on cut sides of buns. Fill buns with seared onion and turkey patties. Divide burgers and salad between plates; serve. TIP: Feel free to top your burgers with some salad!
I really liked the buns and the honey mustard. Thanks for having a side salad instead of potatoes or rice (both have too many carbs). I added some grape tomatoes to the salad. The turkey was very lean, and the burgers turned out very delicious. I would order this again.
This was good, but there wasn't enough mustard. Whenever you give me something to spread across a bun or a piece of bread, it's always about half of what I would need to actually spread it across the whole surface. So the burger was good, but would have been better if I could actually taste the mustard. The salad was pretty ordinary, but that's okay-- not everything needs to be fancy, but some croutons or something would have been fun.
The way the onions are prepared was a new technique for me. They added great flavor to the burger and I'll be making them that way in the future!
I loved the flavors of the smoky mustard and burger. Could you all provide more salad dressing though? It's usually only enough for 2 people.
Was tasty but the amount of turkey provided for 2 servings made patties that were way too big and took much longer to cook to temp. Maybe note in the instructions that you don't have to use all the meat or a patty size recommendation. Pickles would also be a good addition to the burgers - just a thought!
The smoky mustard sauce is excellent! I preferred carmelizing the onions rather than grilling the round onion slices.
Great choice when you are feeling like a burger and still able to keep calories and fat count down. Tastes good too.
Very tasty, good portions and easy to make! Nice to have a salad instead of fries every now and then!
Extremely tasty! The buns were so soft and delicious and the turkey paired so well with the sauce. We added cheese to ours but you won't miss it if you don't.
This is probably one of the best hello fresh dinners we've had in a long time. My husband has alpha gal and we would love to see more burgers and meatloaves come with a ground turkey or chicken option.
