Seared steak, seasoned with our Fry Seasoning, is sliced and served over nutty bulgur wheat tossed with charred green beans and scallions. Crisp radish matchsticks add a fresh, peppery crunch, while a creamy chimichurri sauce—bright and herbaceous—ties the whole dish together with a tangy finish.

Pat steak* dry with paper towels; season all over with Fry Seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook to desired doneness, 3-5 minutes per side. TIP: Reduce heat to medium if steak is browning too quickly.
Turn off heat; transfer steak to a cutting board to rest. Wipe out pan.
