These, friends, are not your ordinary pork chops. In fact, our chefs gave ’em a steak-like treatment, transforming the everyday protein into something extraordinary. The tender chops are coated in steak spice, seared, then drizzled with a creamy pan sauce. Like any great steakhouse-style meal, the sides are just as impressive. Roasted potatoes and zesty green beans round everything out. Now all you need is someone to bring you a dessert menu!

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

Prep
1

• Adjust rack to top position (top and middle positions for 4 servings) and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. • Dice potatoes into ½-inch pieces. Halve and peel onion; mince one half (whole onion for 4). Zest and quarter lemon.

Roast Potatoes
2

• Toss potatoes on one side of a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. (For 4 servings, spread potatoes out across entire sheet; roast 20-25 minutes total.) • Roast on top rack for 10 minutes (you’ll add the green beans then).

Roast Green Beans
3

• Once potatoes have roasted 10 minutes, remove sheet from oven. Carefully toss green beans on empty side with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. (For 4 servings, leave potatoes roasting and add green beans to a second baking sheet; roast on middle rack.) • Return to top rack until potatoes are golden brown and green beans are tender, 10-15 minutes more.

Cook Pork
4

• While veggies roast, pat pork* dry with paper towels; season all over with salt, then coat with as much Steak Spice as will stick. • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes per side. TIP: If crust begins to brown too quickly, reduce heat to medium. • Turn off heat; transfer pork to a plate. Wipe out pan.

Make Sauce
5

• Heat another drizzle of olive oil in same pan over medium heat. Add minced onion; cook, stirring, until softened and lightly browned, 3-4 minutes. • Stir in stock concentrate and ¼ cup water (1⁄3 cup for 4 servings). Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced, 2-3 minutes. • Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season generously with pepper.

Finish & Serve
6

• Toss green beans with lemon zest. • Divide pork, potatoes, and green beans between plates. Spoon sauce over pork. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Usually pork chops are dry and dull. Not these pork chops, they were tender and flavorful! The lemony green beans tasted like they were picked straight from the garden perfectly complimented with a hint of lemon and the roasted potatoes completed an amazing dish!

We enjoyed this meal. The steak seasoning on the chops worked well. I like the roasted potatoes. This was my first time roasting green beans but it won't be my last. The sauce complements the dish well. The bag contained all the ingredients and the times noted for the meal more accurately reflect real-time usage.

I roasted the potatoes together with carrots I had in the house. Added the green beans to roast. Then mixed them to serve with the lemon zest on all. I simmered the cooked pork chops in the sauce and the meal was out of this world. I would serve it to company in a heart beat. Beautiful presentation as well

The creamy steakhouse sauce is so amazing, and the lemon green beans give a nice fresh, crunchy contrast to the savory meat and potatoes.

I liked the steakhouse seasoning and sauce, but the green beans and potatoes could've used more flavor. For the cuts of pork the recommended cook times were not enough and we ended up with undercooked meat.

Very good meal. High quality meats, good seasoning combinations. I think I could have used about half of the steakhouse seasoning on the chops and enjoyed them a little more. Dill and lemon are two of my favorite combos for chops. and I love dill on green beans. The lemon zest was a great addition.

I don't typically buy pork chops b/c they are never tender. This cooking method and the spices made it perfect. The combo of green beans and roasted potatoes was great!!

This recipe was superb! The green beans were almost crispy and we loved them. The pork chops were tender with the perfect amount of delicious spices. The box came missing the sour cream but luckily I had some on hand.

Good size pork chops! Enjoyed the sauce for these. The fresh lemon zest on the green beans were delicious and who doesn't love roasted potatoes.

The pork chops were tender & juicy. I've never used steak seasoning on pork chops before but these turned out quite tasty. The pan sauce was a perfect addition and the lemony green beans were a pleasant surprise. I will definitely order this meal again.
